Local deliveries will be carried out by our in-house delivery team and covers a wide range of postcodes in the north west. We offer a flexible delivery service and will contact you once we have received your order to find a delivery time and day that suits you.
Deliveries are made in a Mercedes sprinter van to ensure we can reach the most difficult of places being able to reach pretty much anywhere an average car can go. We then bring the pallet out of the van down a ramp with an electric pallet truck. Our driver will try their best to get the pallet exactly where you want it however, this is to our driver’s discretion and in some circumstances, this could be kerbside only. Pallet trucks will not travel on soft or uneven ground such as grass, soil, gravel, cobbles, steep inclines/declines etc.
The customer is responsible for getting rid of any packaging that comes with the order. However, in the event of a re order we will be able to pick up any empty pallets or crates, provided that they were supplied by us. Our crates are also made from kiln dried hardwood so make great kindling for starting the fire.
We aim to deliver all orders within 3 - 5 working days. During the busy season this can inrease to 7 days dependent upon the area and during exceptionally busy periods time periods can increase to upto 14 days.
To get a price for delivery, add the items to basket and enter your delivery postcode.
Please add a valid telephone number and/or email address to your order. We will need to contact you to arrange the delivery and without this information your order could be delayed.
Any special delivery requirements should be added to the notes when ordering.
For those that aren't in our local area, Deliveries are made using a pallet courier service. This service is charged at a flat rate of £40 per pallet for most of the UK, except for certain postcodes which will require surcharges.
These deliveries will be made in an 18 tonne wagon with a tail lift and will be kerbside only. It is at the discretion of the delivery driver as to whether they can take the pallet any further but we can not guarantee this.
Before placing your order please ensure you have access to your house for a 18 tonne wagon and let us know of any restrictions. The driver has the right to cancel the delivery if they deem it unsafe such as, not being able to park and unload in a safe spot. The pallet can not be unloaded on steep inclines/declines as the pallet could topple over. The pallet can not manoeuvre over soft or uneven ground such as, soil, grass, gravel, cobbles etc. If delivery is unable to be made due to something we weren't made aware of extra charges could be applied.
Our chosen courier will ring you once they receive your items to book in a day for delivery. In circumstances where they haven't made it round to your delivery on the arranged day, they will call to re arrange.
The customer is responsible for unpacking and getting rid of any packaging such as shrink wrap, crates and wooden pallets.
If the customer is not in when the pallet company tries to deliver, a re-delivery will be organised and the customer will be responsible for this charge.
All deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm.
